No matter the celebration; birthday, anniversary, or family reunion, our event planning team will bring your vision to life. We offer a variety of packages from a cocktail style event to a sit down dinner. We offer something for everybody’s taste and budget. We can help you plan your special occasion as much or as little as you would like. The space will be yours for the entire day and night. Let’s plan your special occasion together!

Private Events

BLUEHILLCATSKILLS offers the Claryville Art Center, The Russian Mule Brewery, and the Claryville Event Center site and grounds. You can rent just one of our spaces or all of our spaces. No matter the event whether it be a Board Dinner, Corporate Meeting, or a Holiday Party our events team will work with on selecting the spaces and crafting a menu that will work best for your type of event. Let’s create a spectacular event together!

Facility Use

While we do offer catering services for every budget, we are happy to rent out just our spaces without the event being catered.

Social & Private Events Package

We welcome events of all sizes, so you will find that we have no minimums. Taxes and service charges are all included in our prices. So there are no additional fees on the pricing you see within our catering packages. We understand that no event is alike, so while these are our most popular packages, we are happy to create a custom menu that works for your budget. We do have accommodations on site for guests that may need to stay overnight and guests can dine with us at the Russian Mule Restaurant. Please reach out to us to see if we have your date available.
